We hope you are satisfied with the products and/or services you receive from us, but sometimes problems happen.
If you order a product from our store that arrives damaged or differently than described on our website you may contact us to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of your order.
If you purchased a virtual product like our online course you may request a refund within 30 days or before your first consultation (whichever comes first).
If you start a website project with Red Sunflower and cancel the project prior to completion you are entitled to a refund of 50% of your deposit per your Master Service Agreement (MSA).
